By order of the Commercial Court of Vienna dated 28 December 2023, restructuring proceedings with self-administration were opened regarding the assets of SIGNA Prime Selection AG and ABEL Rechtsanwälte GmbH was appointed as restructuring administrator (case no. 6 S 206/23w). SIGNA Prime Selection AG has filed for the approval of a restructuring plan and intends to continue operating in a reorganised form.
